Shipping policy

We ship to a select market, servicing Canada only. We select specific products to use local warehouses only - for speedier delivery, as well as to offer only Canadian content.  This allows us to aim for delivery within 7-14 business days, following the actual creation of your order.

We are currently offering free shipping, in an effort to minimize any surprises in your shopping cart. This is why our pricing may seem a bit high, but we are also looking into different options that might help us lower the final costs for our customers.

Should faster shipping for your order be worth extra expense to you, please do reach out to us immediately after you place your order, by emailing info@elbowsupcanada.ca As long as it is still in the Fulfillment phase, we can issue you an invoice for the increased amount, and make that happen. We just always try to keep our costs as low as possible for your financial benefit.
